WHOA! “What in the Wide-Wide World of Sports is a’goin’
on here?”
(from Blazing Saddles)
I
am so glad you came to my site. This “happiness thing”
has taken me by surprise as well as many others. Maybe there is
a need now, more than ever before … with the world in, well, who knows what
it is. I know there’s a bunch of “good stuff”
here that, hopefully will impact many of your lives (… the
good Lord knows I am still working on mine).
There
are a few things that I do know. I do know that I have been blessed
with many great things in my life, not the least of which are
my faith in God and a multitude of friends.
Think
about that! A multitude of friends! If you can go out and appreciate
the people that love you, then…”Man, that’s the
good stuff.” So, go ahead! As the disco song Heat Wave
sang in the '70s “…We’re Riding on the
Groove Line Tonight.” (That isn’t meant to be corny,
just catch a happiness wave… You know what I mean).

"The J.P. Godsey Show"
"The J. P. Godsey Show" will air each
Wednesday from 4-5 PM on WPMH 670 AM. The 20,000 watt stations have recently switched to

Live/Comedian/Actor), then Dave Ramsey (the 5th rated show in the
nation), and others throughout the day. It is a strong lineup.
The stations reach north to Richmond, the Eastern Shore, Northern
North Carolina and all of Hampton Roads. Different localities pick
up 670 with different clarity so please check your
reception. The potential listening audience for "The J. P.
Godsey Show" is over three million.
The show's format is an entertainment/variety show and the listening
audience can call in with questions at 757/465-6700. I am hope you tune in and make your
drive home a bit less stressful and give you a laugh or insight. I
would appreciate your input and suggestions for guests for the
